The need to adapt to current demands is linked with the investment in social skills (Harvey, 2010). However, recent studies suggest that social skills are increasingly rare in the job market (Schislyaeva &amp;amp; Saychenko, 2022). The current paper focuses on the issues surrounding the cultivation of social&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;skills in the workplace.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
