It is a high magnetic field neutron star, with an inferred dipole field strength of about 4 &amp; sdot;1013 G. On July 27 it exhibited a strong X-ray burst, detected by Swift/BAT (ATel #9274) and Fermi/GBM (GCN Circular #19736).</style></abstract></record></records></xml>
