I am a statistician working on statistical inference for stochastic processes, with particular emphasis on Markov and semi-Markov models, likelihood and nonparametric inference, asymptotic statistics and renewal theory.
My research combines probability, statistical inference and computation, with applications in reliability, plant and forest growth, remote sensing and biostatistics.
