Aris Moustakas holds a BS degree from Caltech (1990, Physics), an MS degree (1992, Physics) and a PhD degree (1996, Theoretical Condensed Matter Physics), the latter two from Harvard University. He worked at Bell Labs, Lucent Technologies, US, between 1998 and 2005, first as a Postdoc, then as a Member of Technical Staff. He then joined the Physics Department of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. He has held a Senior DIGITEO Chair in Paris, France between 2013-2014. He is currently a Lead Researcher at the Archimedes/Athena Research Center in Athens.
