Structure-based rational design of compounds that modulate immune responses

We are involved in rational-drug design efforts focused on the protein molecules we are currently investigating. We guide and support these efforts by providing structural and mechanistic insight as well as developing and performing customised in vitro and cell-based assays.
A main focus of this efforts revolves around the development of small MW modulators of intracellular aminopeptidases that generate antigenic peptides (read thisĀ paper and thisĀ paper).
