My name is Fotios Siannis and I am an Assistant Professor in Statistics at the Division of Statistics and Operational Research, Mathematics Department, NKUA. I am also the Director of the Center of Statistical Support and Strategic Development, a stats lab dedicated in promoting collaborations based on research with other university departments and disciplines as well as the industry and the business world.
My research interests lie in the area of Medical Statistical and Biostatistics. My publications are mostly in the area of survival analysis and multi-state models and lately I have a strong interest in methodological developments in meta-analysis of time-to-event endpoints and in statistical learning. I have also a long teaching record, including undergraduate and postgraduate courses in several departments.
