HRV Analyzer

Software for processing and analysis of RR-interval time series extracted from Holter moitoring devices. The software supports detection and elimination of artifacts and noise. Numerous time-domain, frequency domain indices are computed.

However, the HRV Analyzer was initially designed to provide non-linear dynamic analysis of heart rate variability data. The following non-linear indices are computed:

  • α1 and α2 scaling exponents by detrended fluctuational analysis
  • Aproximate Entropy (ApEn)
  • Fractal dimension
  • Correlation dimension
