Since the initiation of the COVID-19 pandemic the "Ageing and Age-Related Diseases" group has been very actively involved in many projects and clinical trials.
As part of our participation in these project the lab currently owns a huge bio-bank of thousands of samples from COVID-19 patients and vaccine recipients at several time points post-vaccination.
For a list of our relevant publications in COVID-19 please see (additional accepted publications are in press and will soon appear in PubMed):

Further the group coordinates a "Systems Vaccinology" project aiming to map in details the Systemic effects of the anti-SARS-CoV-2 vaccines in the human organism. To this end, we (among others) employ a wide array of -omics technologies.
A brief overview of our Systems Vaccinology project
As a result of these projects and on-going clinical trials, the lab expands its interests and scientific activities to several novel technological and scientific endeavors (TBA)
