Abstract:

Within Deep Space and at a distance greater than 1 AU and less than 3.5 AU are two
asteroid belts that are quite important for finding new natural resources. These are
the Near-Earth Asteroids Area and the Main Asteroid Belt. Except these celestial
bodies, the Moon is also an important place for mining. It is estimated that within
the next decades these will be an important source of rare earth mining, but also
other materials such as nickel and helium-3. The access, usage, and the necessary
actions for their systematic exploitation mark the expansion of the Living Space of
states beyond the surface of the Earth.
Therefore, in the coming decades will begin a new race that will result in the
expansion of mining rights and consequently the possession of celestial bodies lands
by states. Also, it will cause the emergence of new forms of cooperation involving
one or more states and companies undertaking the implementation of the trade arm.
